Great quality

Got my Danzig Beast shirt today and I can say it’s awesome and the store shipped it really fast. Great customer service as well! I will be a return customer for sure!

I had ordered a package and USPS tracking site advised they delivered on 3/24. After making it home to my secured mail box on 3/27 it was not indeed not delivered as it was not in my mailbox with another package I had ordered from another vendor. I reached out for assistance on this and Rachael advised me to reach out to my local post office regarding this shipment.. She did not offer any other advice or help on this and I’m left trying to locate a package after you guys stole my money. If I wanted to go through the trouble of searching for an item so would have skipped the sites awful service and took my money to hot topic. I’ve followed up the past 3 days via email but no response.. These guys are unwilling to help and are only interested in profit rather than customer satisfaction.

Most of my favorite bands feature their merch on Indie Merch Store; I thought, hey, let's take a look.
I ordered a Fallujah - Empyrean T-Shirt (Gildan Heavy Cotton).
I love the US size (XL), and the excellent quality imprints are fantastic.
It fits perfectly, and I can't wait to flaunt it out at a nearby concert soon.

Everything went perfect! Delivery was quick, products came in as shown and quality was excellent. Very happy to do my business here rather than some of some of the other companies out there. This experience has been beyond simple and easy. You guys are great!

One of the best metal shirt retailers i have ever purchased from so many great options and the website even looks like it’s mainstream I would
suggest them to make a app because it’s that good decently fast delivery times and great selection for a great price.

I ordered a Cattle Decapitation Death atlas long sleeve from them and the print quality is so bad! The skulls mouth is all fused so it has no teeth and the print is just a smudge of the colours and looks nothing like the pictures. So annoyed and disappointed. And the cotton is FOTM. That’s trash tier cotton for tees. Avoid em. Poor quality overall.

I have ordered twice since Boxing Day 2022, both times just a t-shirt, and both times chose the cheapest shipping option. Both orders arrived about 9 days after shipping (website stated 3-4 business days to ship, and took 3), 12 days is shorter than some items I've had coming to my address from within UK. Cannot fault a single thing about indiemerch, I've definitely found my new go to place for metal band merch!

I put an order in, on the website for some band merch. It has arrived within 10 days, and can say I'm happy with the products. The only thing was I thought one of the products was smaller then I predicted. I didn't notice any measurements whilst I was browsing on the site, to expect it.
However, I'm generally happy with my experience at Indie Merch

Took two months to arrive.
Terrible printing, was dark and bad, pictures were discolored.
Overpriced for thin and terrible hoodies with seams standing out.
Not going to order from them again, don't recommend.

Great selection, easy checkout process, and my T-shirt was delivered faster than expected! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
