I ordered a couple of shirts and a vinyl from indiemerchstore, and I’ll admit I’m probably more picky than most people about how records are shipped. I’ve had enough corner dings from other places that I was already half expecting this one to show up a little bent.
Thankfully, everything came in a solid box with plenty of padding, and the vinyl was totally fine. No bent corners, no weird creases, nothing. The shirts were folded neatly too, which I appreciated because they didn’t feel like they were just tossed in at the last second.
It’s a basic thing, but good packaging makes a big difference to me. Maybe I’m biased because I care way too much about keeping records in good shape, but this order definitely felt like someone actually took the time to pack it right.

My order arrived safely and the merch was really nice, so I’m grateful for the smooth experience overall. The only thing is I had to pay import fees when it was delivered. I don’t think that’s the shop’s fault at all, but just wanted to mention it as a heads up for anyone ordering internationally.

I expected the usual thing where the band shirts I wanted would be sold out in my size, because that seems to happen almost every time. But they actually had a couple available, and the site made it clear what was really in stock, so I wasn’t left guessing.
Ordering was easy, and I kind of assumed I might get a cancellation email later like I’ve had with other merch sites, but that never happened. Everything went through fine, and overall I was happy with the selection and availability.

To be fair, my order from IndieMerchStore showed up in a reasonable amount of time, and most of what I got was correct. The only issue was that one shirt came in the wrong size, which was frustrating since the packing slip actually had the right size listed. Not sure where the mix-up happened there. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either.

My card got declined the first time, which made me pause for a second because my gut said something might be off. I tried again and the payment went through fine, so it ended up being okay. Still a little annoying, but not a huge deal.

I ordered a band tee my snap judgment was that the print looked good but the fit was definitely smaller than expected. It’s not a bad shirt, just annoying because now I have to deal with a return or exchange. I’d probably size up next time.

I did end up getting it, but the preorder wait was kind of annoying. I guess I expected it to take some time, but it still felt longer than I was hoping for

Support got back to me fast, and they were able to fix the issue without much hassle. It was kinda a relief to have it sorted out so quickly.

I ordered a band hoodie and it seems totally legit to me. The tags and print look right, and it doesn’t have that cheap knockoff feel. Shipping was normal too, nothing amazing but no issues. If you’re picky about official merch like I am, I’d say this was a solid buy. I’d order again.

I ordered a hoodie for my brother and was a little worried it might not make it in time. But it shipped quicker than I expected, kind of like when you order from bigger stores and... yeah, it just got here without any drama. The size ended up being right too. Packaging was basic, nothing fancy, but it kept everything safe. He was really happy with it, so I’m happy. I’d definitely order band merch from here again.

My order ended up on backorder and yeah, it was slower than I hoped. They did send updates here and there though, so I wasn’t totally in the dark. It finally showed up and everything was fine, so

I got the shirt and I’m kind of shocked by how nice it is?? The fabric feels really good, the print is super clean, and after washing it, it didn’t do that tragic weird shrink thing that ruins everything. Literally no complaints, I’m happy with the quality overall.

I’ve checked out IndieMerchstore a few times and they do have some cool band merch, especially stuff you don’t always find on the bigger sites. That said, it can be really hit or miss depending on the band. Some pages have a decent amount, while others are super bare or the good sizes are already gone. Not a bad shop at all, i just wish there was more to choose from.

I haven’t actually ordered yet, but from reading through the reviews, it sounds hit or miss. Delivery and responses seem like they work when they want to, which makes me a little unsure about trying it.

I ordered from IndieMerchStore when they were running a promo, the discount did help quite a bit. Band merch can get expensive fast, you know, so it was nice to save a little instead of just paying full price on everything.

The checkout process was simple too, like, nothing confusing or annoying happened. I put the code in, it worked on the first try, and that was basically it, which I definitely appreciated.

Shipping was about what I expected, nothing super fast but not weirdly slow either, and everything arrived in good shape. I’d probably order again, especially if they’ve got another sale or promo going

The return instructions were easy to follow, and the exchange was quicker than I thought it would be. They sent out the right size without any weird hassle or endless back-and-forth. Customer service got back to my email fast too. Overall, really happy with how they handled it.

Some of the shirts were priced fairly, but the shipping cost made the whole order feel a little less worth it!! The quality was okay, not bad at all, I just expected a bit more for what I ended up paying.

I ordered a shirt from indiemerchstore and the actual purchase was totally fine. The shirt showed up without any drama, shipping was decent, and I remember the package had this weird little crease on one corner like it had been lightly sat on, but everything inside was okay.

The only thing that bugged me was the emails afterward. I started getting them way more often than I expected, and it got old fast. I get that stores send promos, but this felt like a bit much. Not a bad site at all, I just wish they’d ease up on the inbox stuff.
